Social Entrepreneur, Farmer, Environmentalist and trainer in Agroecology and Founder of Natangue Farm from the Kaffrine region, Senegal πΈπ³.
A graduate of Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar, Lahine worked for major international organizations such as Mercy Ships and GreenGelo before embarking on agriculture and environmental protection in her native region Kafrine
Kafrine is a region that, like many other regions of Senegal, has not yet reached food self-sufficiency, where climate change is gaining ground and where people are very little aware of environmental issues.
This situation prompted Lahine to launch the NATANGUE FARM project, an agricultural farm to produce organic fruits and vegetables on site and in a responsible and sustainable way.
Its ambition is to make its contribution to the improvement of the living conditions of the populations.
With the project, he is convinced to contribute to food self-sufficiency, job creation, and the fight against climate change.
