A prolific speaker, he holds a diploma in Legal Studies and currently serves as President of the National Collaborative Board Association of Namibia.
He is also a parliamentarian at the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Youth Parliament, representing Namibia.
Additionally, Ingashipola Lucas serves as the Speaker of the Youth Impact Parliament, Namibian Chapter. He is deeply passionate about agriculture and environmental justice.
