Andrew Okhenoaghue Umoru is an Organizational and Leadership Development Consultant with a strong background in corporate, faith-based, and community leadership. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and an M.Sc. in Organizational Leadership from Atlantic International University, Honolulu. A graduate of Executive Finance programs at Lagos Business School and Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Andrew is also a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management.
His career spans the corporate sector with The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria and leadership roles within the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, where he serves as Group Pastor and Deputy Chairman of the Editorial Board. He is the author of Tomorrow’s Leaders (available on Amazon) and is deeply passionate about mentoring youths and young adults to become values-driven leaders.
