Caroline Okafor is an Agile Program Manager and Coach. She also serves as a Product Owner and Scrum Master, Business Consultant with experience in marketing communications, strategy, branding and business change and over 25 years professional and entrepreneurial experience combined.
She is a senior level agile executive with experience in project management, marketing, business development, sales and trade. She has strong analytical and project management skills and knowledge in business process designs for start-ups. She has conceptualized and implementing marketing strategies for building new markets and achieving business targets. She is a strategic planner in executing new product launch projects and accelerating growth and generating new business. She is a good team leader with proven ability to build and sustain a positive work environment that fosters excellent team performance.
She facilitates businesses transformation from traditional hierarchies and start-ups to be more agile and nimble enterprises for responsiveness, speed to market and competitiveness. She facilitates established companies to think like start-ups, through reorganizing multidisciplinary autonomous agile teams around value, mitigating slow-moving bureaucracies as well as facilitating leadership for strategy agility.Scaling up agile to drive the business’s competitive ability of organizations to deliver value speedily and coaching teams to find their path to high performance and create a learning organization.
