Dr. Adekunle Oke is a Senior Lecturer in Operations and Supply Chain Management at Leeds Business School, Leeds Beckett University, Leeds, with established research expertise in sustainability, innovation, digital transformation, supply chain management, and the operational challenges faced by manufacturing SMEs and family-owned firms. Dr Oke has contributed to many journals as an editor, reviewer, and author. His recent work focuses on innovation and resilience, empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), including family-owned firms, to navigate the dynamic and complex landscape of global supply chains. Dr Oke’s research is inspired by real-world social and business issues, which enables him to assist firms in developing resilience and innovation capabilities.
